[Windows Management] An erroneous error message is given when stacking any picture preview on top of a downloaded picture preview (Ex: tapping on screenshot notification while on DL'd picture preview)

Description: User receives "Unable to open" error message after opening any picture preview on top of a preview of a downloaded picture and then hitting the back arrow. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20150326010205 2) Launch Browser and search images 3) Tap on a picture and select Save picture 4) Take a screenshot 5) Tap on file saved notification to open saved picture preview 6) Tap on screenshot notification to open picture preview over other picture preview 7) Tap on back arrow *These steps can be done in different orders or using different pics (example: 2 downloaded pictures opened one on top of the other) Actual: "Unable to open" error message given Expected: No error message given, both pictures were open fine Environmental Variables: Device: Flame Master Build ID: 20150326010205 Gaia: 8dc256a2de273be3abfa2cb2103d872d677834f7 Gecko: 37d3dcbf23a9 Gonk: b83fc73de7b64594cd74b33e498bf08332b5d87b Version: 39.0a1 (Master) Firmware Version: v188-1 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:39.0) Gecko/39.0 Firefox/39.0 Repro frequency: 7/7 See attached: logcat, screenshot

The error message seems to indicate it's coming from the DL Manager. I'll have a look this week. I'm leaving the ni? request on to remind myself. Please don't clear it. :)

Still planning on taking care of this one, but, please let me know if there's a time crunch or when this becomes more important than less. I'll squeeze it in earlier rather than later. :)
