Description:
User receives "Unable to open" error message after opening any picture preview on top of a preview of a downloaded picture and then hitting the back arrow. 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150326010205
2) Launch Browser and search images
3) Tap on a picture and select Save picture
4) Take a screenshot
5) Tap on file saved notification to open saved picture preview
6) Tap on screenshot notification to open picture preview over other picture preview
7) Tap on back arrow

*These steps can be done in different orders or using different pics (example: 2 downloaded pictures opened one on top of the other)

Actual:
"Unable to open" error message given

Expected:
No error message given, both pictures were open fine

The error message seems to indicate it's coming from the DL Manager. I'll have a look this week. I'm leaving the ni? request on to remind myself. Please don't clear it. :)
