1148560 - v1 Bugs are filed in wrong component

We pick up the default component from 

https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/bzlite/blob/master/public/views/create_bug.tpl#L10

This was a new component and so when testing against bugzilla-dev it always failed so I put in a switch to go back to the Gaia component (although I got the switch wrong, it should have been process.env.TEST and not version)

Now Gaia::Feedback exists on bugzilla-dev so no need for this.

Hi Dale, I'm glad to see that you got this into shape for review. I'd like to go over the whole app a bit before I start actually reviewing.

We should also file a bug for getting this in the Lightsaber build. Perhaps we could handle that in bug 1148517.

In the meantime while this is still not added to the repo and there is a bunch of work + deadline, going to r=me until this is live
