Open the PDF https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8531257 and check the 3 squares at the top left and the bottom right of each page.

Result: 
They are gray, they should be blue.
Behavior seems to vary a lot in different readers:
chrome-red
preview-gray
adobe-blue
