Let's release a 3.0 simulator, again!
Depends on: 1147042
No longer depends on: 1116611, 1132539
There are enough issues with the current 3.0 release that we should probably do another one, even though we don't have Linux 32 bit builds for the moment.

Just released windows and linux64 updates!
Waiting for some feedback about mac one before release it also.

Mac version looks good to me, even after manually trimming the extra gaia folder (see bug 1168899).
