Since we're not going to get our itisatrap.org URLs added to the official Google list (see bug 1141653), we could serve them from our own shavar server without increasing the server load (since every client will already hit the server for the shumway list as per bug 1037568).

Benefits:

- we can remove our hacks in the client
- hitting these URLs is a full end-to-end test
- we ensure that the client supports more than one list provider for each table
- we ensure that the shavar server can serve more than one list
Actually, we should keep these URLs in the built-in list instead so that we can have a test that works without any network traffic.
