We can improve our processes around development, testing, deploying, monitoring to make sure we meet user and business expectations.

relud has already filed a couple meta bugs for additional monitoring: bug 1151987 bug 1151989

oyiptong has filed previous bugs like bugs 1145236 for improving testing automation, and we could investigate in other tooling to help various aspects leading up to deploy as well.
The depends on bugs for this have been completed.
