Description:
If you receive a voice-mail notification and then switch your language the formatting will be 'off' some words will overlap (or come VERY close). 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150408010203
2) Receive a voice-mail notification
3) Change from RTL to LRT (or vice versa)


Actual:
formatting is off, words overlap


Expected:
good format, proper spacing, easy to read

As per comments in Bug 1149450 and Bug 1137593, we are not supporting swapping languages during runtime.
So triaging this as P3 -- polish
