TBPL is going away and according to puppet :

manifests/nodes/elasticsearch.pp 

contains tbpl related bits. Please review/remove as needed. Thanks a ton :)

Treeherder is posting to the ES indexes still (until someone has the cycles to rewrite OrangeFactor to use Treeherder directly; see bug 1142538) so please don't delete the indexes. 

The flows were also supposedly removed in bug 1149758, but probably worth checking there are no remnants either flow wise or in puppet, specific to TBPL.

For reference, the "bits" being discussed is a regular job that backs up the tpbl indexes from the production ES server in SCL to the dev server in PHX1.  

I'll probably tweak this job to do an in-place copy of the ES indexes once we've moved over to the new ES cluster.  Staying at 0.90.x means that we're not able to take snapshots for backup purposes.
