Using dec14 commercial trunk build

If you provide an incorrect password on login to an IMAP mail account, you'll
see two instances of the authentication failed alert then you won't be prompted
to enter password again until you click GetMsg. I checked and there is no login
prompt hidden behind a window.

1. Launch and open mail window, select IMAP inbox.
2. At password prompt type an incorrect password and OK.
3. Authentication failed alert appears, OK it.
4. Another Authentication failed alert appears, OK it.
5. Wait awhile for password prompt to appear on its own.

Result: Not prompted for password after failed authentication. Prompt will
appear if you click GetMsg.

Expected: I should get another password prompt.
