Steps to reproduce:

Try to create a new account with server address localhost:1143 (DavMail)


Actual results:

Could not create an account


Expected results:

Should be able to either:
- Select custom port
- "Create account anyway"
Thunderbird 31.6.0 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
