1154040 - Either drop Alias from enter_bug or move it down

Aliased bugs are pretty rare, and I'm betting that aliasing bugs upon creation is even rarer.  I think we should consider removing it from enter_bug.  If we really do want to keep it, it certainly isn't important enough to warrant being above the mandatory Summary field.  I'd move it down to under the Mentors field, at least.

When reporting bugs about Bugzilla, please mention fields which exist upstream. Mentors is BMO specific, and fields are not in the same order in BMO and upstream. So you mean below the comment box? :)

Yes. I would like to see this as well. FWIW, it is hidden unless looking at advanced fields but I it would be harmless to move it further down anyway.
