Meiryo (メイリオ), new Japanese font on Windows since Vista, has large internal leading (IIRC). This causes inline boxes too tall. So, their border-top and border-bottom are laid out too far from the glyphs and may overlap with previous or next line. Unfortunately, <abbr> and <acronym> have same trouble with Meiryo since they use border-bottom instead of CSS 3 text-decoration. testcase: http://bugzilla.mozilla.gr.jp/attachment.cgi?id=3663

I cannot reproduce this bug anymore, and the result is same as Chrome. So we should do nothing for this bug.
