Jan, is the Quota Manager integrated with the sanitizer or do we need to handle this case in DOM Cache separately?

I don't think QM is integrated with the sanitizer.
I see no QM related calls in:
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/sanitize.js
