As part of a Q2 goal to do a ELK PoC, we'd like to:

1) Develop a set of questions / scenarios that we hope to answer with this service
2) Set up a small ELK cluster to ingest both web and application logs for hg.mozilla.org
3) Set up a service review session with developer services to obtain feedback

Met with fubar last week and determined that this was a useful service to have for HG and likely other logs.  For Q3 we are looking to build on this work.
