[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.2&3.0][Nexus5 v2.2&3.0]While we input a long character string in contact imformation, we slide it left and right in the inputbox, and then slide down hole page, the character string will be hidden.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch contact.
2.Tap Company input box.[Or other input box under it]
3.Input words longer than length of the input box.
4.Slide left and right to move the characters.
5.Slide down the edit page.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.The characters should move with the screen while we slide down page.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.You can see that the characters in the input box will be hidden.

FWIW, I would say there is an issue with the CSS of contacts. The clock app doesn't have this issue when you add a new alarm.

Cannot figure right now a css property that could be causing that.

We could add it to contacts backlog to investigate. Anyway, doesn't look like a terrible ux for me, so we can set it up as low priority.
