The "1" behind usage is the occurrence count.

It may not be a count, as it's also showing this "1" when the count is 2 or higher.

It also isn't the severity of the message. I have not found any message where this wouldn't be "1".
I'm not seeing the '1' when copying items out of the browser console (assuming browser console because of the message in the description).  Is there anything in particular message that needs to be copied or instructions for reproducing?

I am seeing a lack of spacing between the fields in the pasted output though

seems fine now. Might have been fixed by one of the bug where we worked on "copyability" of messages
