We would like to add 'Nightly' to the tracking flags for tracking-fennec (cf_blocking_fennec).

Brad/Mark do we want the rest of the channels as well?

I think Nightly is the most requested flag. Let's wait and see if we'd need something more. With other channels, it's usually a one or two train delay, which are more manageable. But code stuck on Nightly can stay there for 3 or more trains.

do you want "Nightly" added to the end of the list, or "Nightly+" (to match the existing numbered values).
