curl http://elasticsearch6.bugs.scl3.mozilla.com:9200/private_bugs/...

I'm getting what appear to be network ACL errors:

curl: (7) Failed connect to elasticsearch6.bugs.scl3.mozilla.com:9200; Connection refused

$ ping elasticsearch6.bugs.scl3.mozilla.com
PING elasticsearch6.bugs.scl3.mozilla.com (10.22.82.49): 56 data bytes
92 bytes from 10-22-248-1.vpn.scl3.mozilla.com (10.22.248.1): Communication prohibited by filter

Kyle tells me that everyone should have access to this by default.
Only people in the vpn_ateam or vpn_qa_scl3 groups have access to that, and you're in neither. Can you please ask Kyle what he means by "default", and which group I should put you in?
