Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.135 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Grab the top of the browser and attempt to move Actual results: Can't grab/move the browser. Try other area of the top of the browser window above tabs. Still will not move. This problem is intermittent. Sometimes it moves fine. Expected results: Should be very easy to grab the browser to move it. This is particularly annoying with two monitors when you want to move the browser from laptop to another monitor.
