1160706 - Intermittent ability to move the browser window

Steps to reproduce:

Grab the top of the browser and attempt to move


Actual results:

Can't grab/move the browser.  Try other area of the top of the browser window above tabs.  Still will not move.  This problem is intermittent.  Sometimes it moves fine.


Expected results:

Should be very easy to grab the browser to move it.  This is particularly annoying with two monitors when you want to move the browser from laptop to another monitor.

I tested this on Mac OS X 10.10 with Firefox Nightly and I can't reproduce this problem. 

Please download the Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

Create a new profile, you have the steps here:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
