1161146 - PinAll with no job preselected leaves job details in ambiguous state

A PinAll with no job selected beforehand results in ambiguous job details content.

Steps to reproduce:

o (re)load treeherder
o click the PinAll icon in the first (or any) resultset

Expected:
The first job (or first unclassified failure if one exists in the pin process?) should get selected in both the main page and in the pinboard, during the pin.

Observed:
A random(?) job gives the appearance of being the selected job in the pinboard, it is not selected in the main page, the job details panel loads with ambiguous data.

Was able to reproduce this still.

This does the right thing now, after moving to React/Redux.
