Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/updates/

Expected results:
Waiting time is displayed for all apps

Note:
Not reproducible on Stage
Dev is not going to be reliable for that kind of data, so Stage is a better bet.
