Details

Pusletranslator currently creates a label dynamically based on the value of socket.gethostname(), but on Heroku this value changes for each instance of the service (i.e., it changes after deployments or crashes).

This can lead to orphaned durable queues in pulse, which is suboptimal.

We should add an option to pass in a label from the command-line.
