Details

Users can report an issue for a site displayed on MP. They will have to choose an issue from a list, optionally enter a description, and provide an email address (so that we can contact them if necessary).

Confirmation is shown to the user similar to "Report Abuse" currently -- and the resulting email should be sent to marketplace-feedback[at]mozilla.org.
No longer choosing an issue from a list or providing an email address. Just entering the issue in a textarea.
note in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/pull/3078 I added support for AbuseReport for websites - if that model is reused it'll be trivial(ish) to hook it up to the abuse report viewer.
