It seems that we're done with the bunker/logstash/lumberjack modules in Puppet, so unless we intend to continue using them, could we remove them from the active codebase? They can be reinstated easily in the future, but it will be significantly less code that needs to be maintained until that time.

I tried to audit the node definitions to verify my assertion that they're no longer in use, but I defer to whoever runs (or used to run) these clusters.
Afaik the Bunker module is being used by DXR (note that it's no longer an ELK cluster - it's now just a big ES cluster). needinfo'ing :fubar and :erikrose for confirmation.

I can't speak to the lumberjack or logstash modules - *I'm* no longer using them, but I provide absolutely no guarantee that they aren't being used by somebody else. :)

indeed, the bunker puppet module is in use (though perhaps could be renamed or moved into the dxr module). looks like logstash and lumberjack are NOT in use, certainly not by DXR/bunker.

I've removed logstash and lumberjack in r105093. Will look into moving or renaming bunker soon(tm).
Presumably either it was removed or it isn't relevant to remove it.
