Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO-dev page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/
2. From the “Tools” menu click “Manage My Submisions” option 
3. Go to “Edit Listing” page of any approved addon (i.e. Unicodeláiálá)
4. Click the “Manage Status and Versions” link
5. Click the “Hidden” radio button
6. Sign Out
7. Search your hidden addon in AMO-dev homepage (https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/)

Expected results:
The hidden addon is not listed in the search results.

Actual results:
The hidden addon is listed in the search results, even if the addon author is logged out.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF38(Win 7). Issue is only reproducing on AMO-dev.
