Actual results:

I have plain text fonts when I write, reply and forward (e.g.: > Please forward confirmation along with contact information
> Thank you in advance for your help and making his stay very special.
> ) My auto signature is also in plain text. 

The preferences are set on Times or Garamond and the emails I forward and reply are not appealing since I can not bold and change colors to text.  Please Help !


Expected results:

My fonts should be what my preferences are set to be.
Pls check this:

For the account from which you send:
tools > account settings > your account > composition and addressing > [x] compose messages in html format (must be checked)

does it work after that?
