This is probably the buildbot bridge causing slowdown in the buildbot db again. There was a new index added over the weekend that was supposed to help fix that, but I guess it didn't. I shut down the bridge again, I expect things to catch up shortly.
Turns out this wasn't related to the buildbot bridge - the last successfully scheduled tests were around 4:40 or 5am pacific - well before I turned the bridge on.

Couldn't find anything in the test scheduler logs that seems related. I restarted it and that seems to have made it work again.
