Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150512010209
2) Open Contacts app
3) As soon as contacts app animation begins, tap the home button

Actual:
The SIM pin screen is shown, but the app that was opened has left to the background. This transition can be seen at the top of the screen where the rocketbar is usally found


Expected:
If the app is hidden to the background, the SIM pin screen does not show. No transition is seen

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0

The SIM pin screen is shown, but the app that was opened has left to the background. This transition can be seen at the top of the screen where the rocketbar is usally found

On Flame 2.0, the user does not ahve enough room at the top of the sim pin screen to see the poor transition of the app closing to the background because the rocketbar was not yet implemented. However, the app still closes to the background, and the SIM pin screen is brought forward
