In this bug we want to revisit ConversationView.draft property to be sure that we still need it. If it's still handy to have it - let's improve the way how we handle it, otherwise remove it entirely.

The only thing we sure we should do anyway is to get rid of dependencies to ConversationView.draft from the outside (e.g. from compose.js).
