1165156 - Remove the removal of the java console extension that are seldom seen from the installer

The removals were added in bug 597235 and bug 705997 which are several years old now, haven't been updated in recent history, and I would think it would be safe to remove them now.

cc'ing jorge and fligtar since they were involved in the bugs that added these removals.

I don't think I've seen any IDs like that popping up in quite a while. Kris can confirm with FHR.

There are still a few thousand of the ones from bug 597235 floating around, mostly disabled. Nearly all of the ones from bug 705997 are gone.

I'd be happy to remove the code from the installer, but we should probably soft block all IDs that match that pattern.

Is it possible to know the install location for the ones hanging around? I wouldn't be surprised if they were installed in the profile which won't be removed by the installer code.

Of the versions left in the wild, most are installed in user profiles. The following are still mostly installed in the application directory:
