Details
This Wednesday we had the patchday from Microsoft and also releases for Adobe Flashplayer (version 17.0.0.134 for Windows and Mac, and version 11.2.202.460 for Linux). https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1736527?start=0&tstart=0 Already on April 14th Java version 8 Update 45 has been released, which our nodes haven't been updated for yet.

I upgraded all staging machines for the new software. We will see how it works.

The longest take on this bug are certainly the windows boxes. All updates have been done in the background over the last two days. I also created some scripts to allow us a silent install of all the packages via \\qa-fs1\share\tools. Ubuntu and OS X are still about to do. It should be definitely faster. I target to have that ready latest by Tuesday next week.

All Ubuntu machines have also been updated. On Monday I will care about the remaining 15 mac minis.

At this point I have updated all the mac minis too, except for 10.7 ones which will be upgraded to 10.10 soon. So I don't see a value in spending time on those. This might have been the very last upgrade of our boxes without puppet support. It's not something we can afford.
