Steps to reproduce:

No problems until ff38.
Starting with FF38, when I open this page 
http://www.hotel-st-veit.com/de/bilder-videos-und-webcam/webcam
even if my settings are "Block all popups" (!)

I see a new window (as popup)

BUT this happens ONCE a day (if I restart during the day I dont see this popup).
every day, once a day.

Why FF38 (ok FF37!!) is unable in blocking this new window?

(zero malware, zero unwanted program, zero toolbar...)

I don't see this pop-up when I'm visiting the page.

Is it reproducible with a clean profile?
