1165962 - Increase the number of chunks for mochitest-devtools-chrome on linux32/debug

linux mochitest-devtools-chrome-1 often times out because it is taking longer than 80 min to run.  We don't have the option of adding more chunks atm because of buildbot limitations, so let's increase the timeout by 10 minutes.

thanks for the heads up.  SETA + new jobs = no big deal!

It reduces the accuracy, but that gets made up as time goes on and new regressions are found.

looks good! I'd imagine now that this is on trunk, we will need a trychooser update like you've done for the other new reftest chunks

This has gone into production; it won't completely solve the runtime problem until bug 1168634 lands.
