Ran into this on a page reload which makes it more obvious. Set 2+ breakpoints on a page (where atleast one will trigger on reload). Reload the page. Now we've halted execution, but it's unclear where -- the breadcrumbs at the top show the stack, but that is less intuitive than having the halted source highlighted in the list, which is what I'd expect.
