Hi,
the user Rainer Bielefeld ([e-mail]) needs an Mozilla LDAP account only, so level 1 access is enough. Or is there another way to get an Mozilla LDAP account without any access rights to the code repositories? He needs the account to post articles to the SeaMonkey blog (http://blog.seamonkey-project.org/). The blog is setup in a way so that only Mozilla LDAP users can be added as blog authors. This means that Rainer needs no access to the code repositories, but he only needs a basic LDAP account.
 
Rainer: Can you attach your SSH public key to this bug here? Also please state which mail address you want to use for your LDAP account. See https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/ for further instructions on this.

Yes, we do have a community LDAP account and it has been given to other users. This user shouldn't get Level 1 access.

I guess this works like described in Bug 1060096...? So the bug should be moved to another component and get a new summary?

No, it stays here until all the information is here - SSH key and Commit Access agreement (that is needed as well - no more forms just agreeing to what is on the Commit form - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/requirements/). Once all info is here it will get moved to Infrastructure Component for account creation.

Rainer: Can you provide the information requested in Comment 4? You need to read and agree on the guidelines in the link by stating this in the bug here (e.g. writing a comment"I have read, and agree to abide by, the Commit Access Requirements."). And you also need to attach an SSH public key to the bug. If you need help with this, just ask!

BTW: I think that all is nut cracking with sledgehammer for permissions for Blog editing every now and then, to me that seems very inexpedient.
