Could we please flip the waffle flag on for the following URLs to allow an Optimizely test?

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/38.0a2/releasenotes/
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/38.0beta/releasenotes/
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/38.0/releasenotes/

As part of exploring how we can improve how we display release notes and communicate what's new in Firefox, I am going to display a survey on the following pages to gather feedback. I am using Optimizely to add this survey to the URLs.

We may need to request further pages that need to allow Optimizely testing for this purpose, but this is a good list for the time being.

This URL would be great to add as well, though it isn't live yet - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/39.0beta/releasenotes/

It is currently here - https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/39.0beta/releasenotes/

If it is possible to allow Optimizely access to any release notes page, that would be great vs. doing so per URL. Once you get into the code, let me know what works best.
CCing jgmize. The waffle switch is named 'firefox-releasenotes-optimizely'. It's the same switch for both templates (release and beta). We should activate it right away, after the template update goes to prod.

@Holly: do we need to schedule flipping the switch off on a particular date?
I don't know when we will have gathered enough responses from the survey that I will be posting. Can we leave it open and I will create another bug to take it down?
