It's perhaps not entirely obvious that the IP address shown under here:
http://treeherder.readthedocs.org/installation.html#setting-up-a-local-treeherder-instance

...should be left exactly as-is, rather than changed to the public IP of the machine.

Bug 1168741 - Docs: Emphasise that the hosts entry must be copied as-is

Since there has been confusion in the past that the IP should be updated
to match that of the host.
