Details

Because Nubis uses the stack name and not the tags and because stacks cannot be renamed, the stack will need to be launched with a new name.  Tags should also be updated to reflect the new name.
will do this Friday 5/29/2015 once the instances in the VPCs have been shut down.

I'm still working on re-establishing the VPNs.
AWS has been working on deleting one of the Gateways for over an hour now.
This could take a while.
