Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Set language to Arabic and go to any collection details page (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/feed/collection/grouped?src=collection-element)
2.Observe the collection title

Expected results:
Collection title is correctly aligned

Actual results:
Collection title is not correctly aligned in RTL(no space between title and collection image)
