117035 - Default Bookmarks window doesn't fit in 640*480

Build: 2001122508, Mac OS 9.1

To reproduce:
1.  Switch to 640*480 resolution.
2.  Create a new profile.
3.  Open the Bookmarks window.

What you should see:
*   A window which is small enough to fit completely on the screen.

What you actually see:
*   A window which is too wide to fit completely on the screen, and about twice
    as wide as it needs to be.

Agreed, however IIRC we're targeting 800x600 so this is not the highest priority.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
