Details
Looks like Firefox will be implementing the document.execCommand("cut"/"copy") APIs, so we should be able to start using it to copy things to the clipboard as the API moves down the release train.

This has been fixed for jobs view as part of the React conversion, and transition away from angular-clipboard in Perfherder will happen as part of it's React conversion in deps of bug 1450044.
