We have just recently renewed the Mozilla Reps Council and new Council members have joined: Christos, Shahid and Michael.

Emma, Arturo and Raj have ended their term at the Council.

I can't get this running with the Vagrant due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1179032 . I tried it with virtualenv, but am running into other problems there. Could have done it if this would have been an easy fix, but I unfortunately don't have the time to investigate more.

@jbertsch: could we get this bug fixed ASAP? it's been a month now and the council is not represented correctly. Any help from your side would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
