"Operating System Breakdown" on Signature Summary is vastly undercounting

When looking at for example https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=nsFrame%3A%3ADisplayBorderBackgroundOutline(nsDisplayListBuilder*%2C%20nsDisplayListSet%20const%26%2C%20bool) you'll see that the sum of numbers for the "Operating System Breakdown" section is much smaller than for any other section on the Signature Summary page. The sum of crashes shpould be the same in the sections though.
It looks like the "signature summary OS" matview has been failing, could be the culprit:

Crontabber is stuck on 2015-05-27, going to remove the reports for this day and let it try to catch up:

delete from signature_summary_os where report_date = '2015-05-27';
