Details 
Description: If the user attempts to change the brightness level they will be unable to do so as the brightness bar has no effect on the level of brightness.

Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Select Settings
3) Select Display
4) Attempt to adjust the brightness level.

Actual:
Brightness level does not change.

Expected:
It is expected that the brightness level can be set as desired.

Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0.

Result: 
Display brightness level can be adjusted accordingly.
