Yep, text is too low. Should be moved slightly higher.

This comes from the stylesheet for the gaia-buttons web component: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/shared/elements/gaia_buttons/style.css#L40:L65

..So the only difficulty is that a change here will affect all similar buttons. We use gaia-buttons in FTU, costcontrol, search (new tab), settings. Also, we need to test any patch against a variety of locales as changes to vertical-align and line-height will have different results with different charactersets. 

I've adjusted the priority. This is not a recent change.
