Steps to reproduce:

I tried opening several voice messages on whatsapp web. (It used to work up until two days ago)


Actual results:

Nothing happened. They simply won't open.


Expected results:

They should have opened.

Thanks for taking the time to report this!

Please check if there are error messages under "Developer > Browser console" when trying to open.

Also, does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) Using the browser console I've noticed that I keep getting this following error when trying to open the messages.

HTTP load failed with status 415. Load of media resource [link to the actual message] web.whatsapp.com

Are you still having the same issue in the latest version? Does the issue still happen if you use start in safe mode ?
