Details

When searching for paid apps, some SQL queries are made because the data is not in ES. We should find a way to move everything to ES at some point, but in the meantime we can at least reduce the number of SQL queries made.

- Make sure searching for paid apps and displaying their price still works correctly (including region exclusions, price depending on locale)
