Steps to reproduce:

it seems to to totally random 
but for it to happen 
1. more than one tap open 
2 firefox has to been open for a while (few hours/days)


Actual results:

canvas becomes totally unresponsive 

even if page reloaded 

seem to be linked to .toDataURL() or  fillRect()

firefox returns  error   NS_ERROR_FAILURE

if there is a second canvas on page it will not be affected   

can be fix by restaring firefox
