Description:
When the user downloads a .vcf (file either from Email or browser), they are presented with a list of the contacts present in the file. The user is not able to select which contacts to import specifically, they are only able to choose 'import all' or to cancel the import operation.

When presented with a list of contacts to import, the user will expect to be able to select which contacts they wish to import

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150629134017
2) Download a .vcf file containing two or more contacts (either from Email or Browser)
3) Open the .vcf file from the download notification, or from the download manager.

Actual:
The user is able to scroll through the list of contacts, but is unable to select individual contacts. They must use an 'import all' option.

Expected:
The user is able to select specific contacts to import, as well as use an 'import all' option.

This issue DOES occur on Spark 2.5 builds.
The user is able to scroll through the list of contacts, but is unable to select individual contacts. They must use an 'import all' option.
