Expected:
One or no results

Actual:
6 Mozillians matching "smokey101stair@gmail.com"

If I then choose the "include non-vouched" search option, it finds 66 Mozillians matching "smokey101stair@gmail.com"

This is an RFE specific to mozillians, which is decom'ed.
